Colgate® Optic White™ Toothbrush + Built-In Whitening Pen

For the last week or so, I've been using the Colgate® Optic White™ Toothbrush + Built-In Whitening Pen. 

This little thing is super cool.  It's a toothbrush, and a whitening pen..and the whitening pen, GOES INSIDE THE TOOTHBRUSH HANDLE. sweet, right!?

My first impression of using it wasn't great. I brushed my teeth, used the whitening product, and was good to go.. or so i thought. Without letting the whitening product dry even for a few minutes, it became this weird foam stuff and made me want to gag. I had to spit it out. I accidentally swallowed some of the whitening product, and it made me nauseous for a few hours. 

The next day i tried again, this time letting it dry after applied for about 3 minutes. Still was kind of odd, because it kind of created a weird slimy texture in my mouth, but it was better than the first time.  

All in all, I'd rate this product a 6.5/10

• This product doesn't allow you to "whiten and go" like it says..or you'll have a mouth full of foam.

• The whitening product 'dissolves' in about 5 minutes

• The design of the brush and pen is super cool, and simple.

But the main point i think is very necessary, is it DOES whiten your teeth.

*NOTE* the lighting is quite different, so my teeth look more yellow in the first picture.

I cannot believe the difference this stuff made! I love this whitening pen and toothbrush combo. This was a one week usage.  I used it everyday, twice a day. I honestly didn't think it would do anything for me, but it worked pretty dang nicely!
