okay, NOW im confused..UPDATED!

I've been on the search for a new foundation.
I'll try anything, as long as they have my shade. So when i heard about the wet 'n' wild Intuitive blend shade adjusting foundation + primer. This isn't a new product, but I knew I had to try this out. I knew it wasn't going to "magically" adjust to my skin tone, so I went Google crazy and looked up reviews.

The reviews I found were either people hating it, or absolutely loving it. So i figured "hey, for 99 cents, it wont hurt to try"

I was super excited to try it out when it arrived.  I needed to try it immediately, so i grabbed my makeup bag, and off I went.

I shook the foundation for a good minute or so, and squeezed some out. It's white with little beads in it. There's foundation in the little beads, so when you squish them, it makes with the primer and creates a very lightly tinted shade. I wouldn't even feel comfortable calling it a foundation because it's so light. It's more like a very, very lightly tinted primer.

I had a whole post about how this was the worst foundation I've ever tried.  I went to take some pictures for you guys to show you the beads, and how it smeared.  But when I was applying it, something happened...IT DIDN'T SMEAR.. I'm not sure what happened, why it smeared the first time, and why it didn't this time.
I'm going to try it again when I do my makeup later, and I'll let y'all know!
Maybe it was a little too cold so it didn't want to cooperate with me the first time.

Have you guys tried this foundation before?
Did you love it or hate it?

UPDATE!
okay, so it MUST have just been cold or SOMETHING. This foundation is still very light, but it went on pretty smoothly as a primer. I really like this stuff! no smears, or anything!
